Located on Factory Ln in a small strip center near Kroger at LaGrange Rd and 265. Tiny store front with only 4, 4-tops.This is a no frills, family run, "hey why don't we just open our own place" sort of operation. But it really works. They do primarily carryout and the phone did not stop ringing while I was there followed by a steady flow of customers picking up orders. It's about half teriyaki and hibachi and the rest of the menu sushi rolls. Prices range from $9-$20 for teriyaki offerings and rolls $5-$15 with most around $10. I got there at a few minutes after opening at 11AM and already 2 of the 4 tables were occupied. I was hungry so I had a Spider Roll with softshell crab, cucumber, eggs and eel sauce ($11) and an Eel Roll ($10) The crab in the spider roll was the size of a flattened tennis ball. Pieces of eel were also more than generous. It was all so very good. They seemed to have hit on a way to survive in the Japanese market, with their pricing just a bit more than that of a grocery store sushi bar and their quality being far superior it's going to be tempting to eat there several times a week. My understanding is the owners were previous employees of Shogun for years. I am so thrilled to have a new 'go to' out here in the boonies.
