Does anyone have any info on what is replacing Aspen Creek? Lots of work going on.

Justin, I don't know, but this recent item from WDRB offers some grist for the mill ...

Aspen Creek under new ownership

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Aspen Creek restaurants in Louisville will soon have new owners.
Texas Roadhouse has just finalized a deal to sell it's Aspen Creek restaurants and concept to Ultra Steak, Inc. out of Anderson, Indiana.
The restaurant serves pizza, salads, pasta, chicken and seafood.
Ultra Steak will assume ownership of the Aspen Creek in Louisville and Irving, Texas as well as rights to the restaurant concept.
Texas Roadhouse will receive two Texas Roadhouse restaurants that were franchised by Ultra Steak plus an undisclosed amount of cash.
Ultra Steak says it plans to grow the Aspen Creek brand.

According to Twin Peaks’ FB page, they are opening “near Oxmoor” this Fall. I’ve heard this will go into the old Aspen Creek (similar aesthetic)

And al I can think about is the misuse of the apostrophe in that story.
