Napa sold!

I just read on business 1st that Lou Lou Food & Drink bought Napa in Westport Village and it will become Osteria Italian Seafood,

Well, that's a change of pace! Napa has been around for quite a while, particularly if you count its first location in Dupont Circle.

Also, if I'm not mistaken didn't they remodel and change the menu last fall?

Mark, pretty much. I never got over there, but I think it was sold fairly recently, and with that changed the name from Napa River Grill to just-plain Napa and, I'm sure, tweaked the menu at least.
