Pig Beach BBQ

by Terri Beam » Sat May 13, 2023 8:13 pm

While walking from a distant parking lot to the Big Four Lawn for today's food truck festival, I noticed that the pretty cursed location that has been Tumbleweed and a number of other restaurants is going to be Pig Beach BBQ. It's out of New York and West Palm Beach. I'm not sure what that signifies as neither city is known for its 'cue.

Thoughts?

As an aside, that food truck festival needs to be more than once a year!

That's interesting, I just did a Google search and according to an article in the paper it was supposed to open in April 2022: https://www.courier-journal.com/story/l ... 386010001/

Makes me wonder if they are really going to open or??

It's supposed to open June 1st. That's per a social media comment, but posted by someone who should know. :)
From same post, they’re going to have a grab n go counter so you can grab a quick lunch or a picnic dinner in the park
