It looks like new tenants are on the way for three former restaurant buildings, and I wondered if any forum members knew more about it:
The real estate listing for the old Butchertown Grocery building on East Washington Street says a sale is pending; the asking price is $2.1 million, but I don’t know what it’s actually selling for.
The former J. Harrod’s building in Prospect is listed as both “sale pending” and “lease pending”; the asking price is $1.3 million.
And the old Mellow Mushroom location on Bardstown Road is listed as “lease pending.”
(These three are in addition to the HopCat building on Bardstown Road, where the Bakersfield taco restaurant will be taking over the first floor, according to the Courier Journal.)
