Coals in Middletown has a room that size, I also believe the Corner Café has one that will accommodate that size of group.

Corner Cafe can do that easily in the largest of their three back rooms. I'm pretty sure Napa (formerly Napa RIver Grill) can, too. Also, most of the Bristols have good-size meeting rooms.

Wish I could help you, but aside from being a member of their frequent diner club (Cunningham Restaurant Group) I know little.

Napa River is in a similar price/quality point, and they also have 3 rooms seating up to 20, 40, and 60 people.

Also in that price/quality point in Old Louisville, Buck's holds 40 or more for dinner.
