Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, KFC which has the fastest drive-thru

Kind of a skewed result, obviously if you have more people in line and more people like your food the wait is going to be longer!

From business 1st article:
https://www.bizjournals.com/louisville/news/2022/10/20/qsr-drive-thru-study.html?utm_source=st&utm_medium=en&utm_campaign=ae&utm_content=LO&j=29440714&senddate=2022-10-20
Here's the introduction to the article:
" In spite of labor shortages, fast-food drive-thrus are actually getting faster, according to a recent study.
QSR Magazine, a publication that covers the quick-service and fast-casual restaurant industries, released the results of its annual Drive-Thru Report, which surveyed more than 1,000 consumers who had visited at least one drive-thru in the previous 30 days.
Taco Bell, owned by Louisville-based Yum Brands Inc. (NYSE: YUM), came out on top with the fastest average service time. Louisville-based KFC, another Yum Brands-owned chain, was also among the top brands for speed. You can see the times in the gallery above.
Taco Bell reduced its average service time by 50 seconds, compared to last year's QSR Drive-Thru Report, and KFC's average time decreased by 33 seconds. Every other fast-food brand also cut back on its average service time year-over year, enabled by various new technologies and innovations, QSR reports.
Both brands have unveiled new restaurant designs in the past year with the aim of increasing those speeds even more. KFC's Next Generation design features two drive-thrus and priorities mobile orders, while Taco Bell Defy reimagines the traditional drive-thru experience with four lanes, three of which are dedicated to mobile or delivery order pickups.
However, neither Taco Bell nor KFC scored highly for order accuracy. Arby's had the most accurate orders, according to the survey, with nearly 90% of drive-thru orders filled correctly.
Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A, which has always gotten top marks for customer satisfaction, actually has the slowest drive-thrus. It's not because its employees aren't filling orders quick enough — rather it's the fact that the drive-thrus are usually packed. Of those surveyed, 16% said Chick-fil-A's drive-thru had 10-plus cars."
