Yes, I hate to see the loss of the Grainwright. LouisMill at MozzaPi does some neat bread with heirloom grains that they mill on premises, but very small quantities. Legacy Pizza in New Albany does serious bread making. I do love Blue Dog, and Lotsa Pasta's bread is all right. Eager to see what others have to add.
