For those of you who don't have access to business 1st articles here is the main point of the article:
"Access Louisville is a weekly podcast from Louisville Business First. Follow us on popular podcast services to never miss an episode.

Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Stitcher"
It mentions a local podcast that discusses dining out with people visiting Louisville. The rest of the article just named some of the restaurants most of which have been named here previously.

I think in Louisville we take for granted all of the great Cuban food we have in town, which actually seems fairly unique for a town like ours in the Midwest. Havana Rumba, Mojitos, and Bogadita are all fantastic options.

No doubt. And there are quite a few nondescript bodegas and eateries/bakeries sprinkled about in lesser frequented locations. Louisville is on the US Cuban community map.

Cuban! What a great idea! Not many Cuban restaurants in London.
And they have fish!

La Bodeguita is a legit dining experience, much more than just a meal. If the weather is nice the patio is fantastic and they usually have live music.
