Senora Arepa, the new Venezuelan restaurant from Fernando Martinez, plans to open a location at 117 St. Matthews Ave. — that's the building that Steel City Pops and Quills Coffee used to share. I'm very excited that it's coming to my neighborhood, and I expect it will do well. I assume this is a second location rather than a relocation.
