Conners Steak & Seafood coming to Louisville

by Mark R. » Sun Mar 06, 2022 1:56 pm

According to a story published today by Business 1st Conners Steak & Seafood will be taking over the location that was previously Mimi's on N. Hurstbourne Pkwy. They are run by the same company as Chop House and there are presently 15 of these restaurants in 6 states. I wonder how long it was going to take for somebody to take over that occasion since its prime real estate along that corridor.

We ate at the one in Franklin, TN about a year ago and were not impressed. Much better food and atmosphere can be found at Ruby's, Repeal, and S&B.

Thanks for the feedback, it's nice to hear from somebody that is that 1 of the restaurants. Of course no matter what it is it's going to be better than Mimi's!
