3 area chefs are James Beard award sent by finalists

According to a business 1st article published today, 3 chefs from the Louisville area are semifinals the James Beard awards this year.
The three are all semifinalists in the Best Chef category in Southeast region, which includes Kentucky, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia and Tennessee. The three chefs are:
• Anthony Lamas, Seviche, Louisville
• Ouita Michel, Holly Hill Inn, Midway, Lexington, and Versailles, Kentucky
• Alison Settle, Barn8, Goshen, Kentucky

Thanks, Mark! A little further down you'll see my post on this. I came here in a hurry to let folks know about Anthony Lamas, then got back in the reply when I read more closely and found the chefs from Goshen and Midway.
