Also, Alison Settle, Chef at Barn8 in Goshen, KY is a finalist. Apologies for missing her ... I searched on "Louisville" and didn't catch Goshen.

Also, not quite local but close: Ouita Michel at the Holly Hill Inn in Midway made the semifinal list.
