Welcome to the Louisville Restaurants Forum, a civil place for the intelligent discussion of the local restaurant scene and just about any other topic related to food and drink in and around Louisville.
Nice article about this place on today's C-J web page.
They are right down the hill from us. We tried them their first week in business back in October and have enjoyed carryout lunch from them four or five times, most recently today.
Their food has been uniformly excellent. My go-to has been their Veggie Kabob Wrap and my spouse targets their Falafel Saloova Wrap. The husband and wife owners are very personable. Everything is prepared to order. Average time from call to pickup has been about 15 minutes. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.
It's great! Such nice people, super fresh food. Probably my favorite falafel in town right now. Not only the falafel itself but the construction of the wrap as well - just perfect (for me anyway )
I highly recommend it! Really hoping they can do well there.

We've gotten carryout a few times, and it has been consistently excellent. The lamb kebob wrap alone will keep me coming back. The side salad, tabbouleh, chickpea salad and garlic sauce are all great, too. I love Safier and Maira, but this place is on another level right now.
It is officially carryout only although they do have a few high-top tables where I've observed folks eating. I believe that they do plan to expand the in-person dining option.
I have been calling and placing my order that way. Usually 10-15 minutes from placing the call to pickup.
Thanks, Mike. And yeah, I'll generally always call and offer to place a direct order rather than going through a DoorDash or GrubHub ordering system that takes its cut from either me or the restaurant or both.
