Looks like the chef from Matt Winn's has moved to Proof and Michael Crouch(Bistro 1860) is taking his place. Can't wait to eat Michael's food again.

That's certainly an interesting shuffle, as you stated it will be nice to have chef Crouch back in the mix locally.
