I guess this is another sign that restaurants serving breakfast and lunch are doing well. Wild Eggs announced yesterday that it will open a restaurant early next year at the Stony Brook shopping center, 9010 Taylorsville Road. That appears to be the former Old Chicago location. It will be the sixth Louisville-area location for Wild Eggs.
