I’m not sure MrBeast is actually renting space. It sounds like more of a partnership, where an existing restaurant uses its staff and equipment to produce this food for delivery. Most of the sites I’ve seen mentioned are Buca di Beppo, Brio Tuscan Grille, Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzeria and Bravo Cucina Italiano, which all have the same corporate parent (Earl Enterprises). But the MrBeast Burger website invites restaurant owners to apply to take part, so I guess an independent restaurant could do this too.
