Definitely a fact ... there was a discussion about it here a couple of months ago. It will replace the BW3 at the corner of Shelbyville Road and Breckenridge Lane, to open sometime in early spring I believe.

Any word to where the BW's will go? Hopefully one will remain in St. Matthews?

I was wondering about this last month and looked up this article again at the Business First archives.

It appears the deal and the moves for BW3/ Molly Malone's site at Breckinridge Lane and Shelbyville Road will not happen until at least "next summer."
BW3 was planning to construct a new building at the Shelbyville Road Plaza but did not have a contract as of two months ago.

However, conditions may have changed and I missed an update.
Anyway, the following article will clarify the possible changes.

Near the old Hawley-Cooke just down the road from the old Sears building.

I heard that since they are a franchise store they now have to be in a free standing building so they are going to build by the old Hawley-Cooke, close to where Allied Sporting Goods used to be. :D

I'm thrilled to know that BW3 will be moving and an even better place will move in. How exciting. And don't get me wrong, I love a good BW3, but I've always had better service at Stony Brook - even thought the one in St. Matts is walking distance from my house.

I'll miss BW's but glad another local will be filling the space. I kind of thought BWs would head down Shelbyville Rd towards the malls. Thanks for the info
