You mean an industry with a retrograde model of compensation that's designed to enable and take advantage of harassment...has a harassment problem when circumstances put extra stress on everyone? Color me shocked.

I agree with you to a degree, but sexual harassment isn’t usually, if ever, based on stress. It’s based in misogyny.

There is misandry in the industry as well. Harassment doesn't know gender distinctions.

Well that’s true but I was drawing a line between misogynists, anti-maskers/virus deniers and their current mascot.
I’ll go ahead and add that while some male food servers and bartenders may experience sexual harassment, it’s no where NEAR what female employees go through every single day.
