Shout Out To Two Local Establishments

Like lots of other folks we have decided to ramp up our curbside/carryout to support our great local restaurants.

We tend to frequent the neighborhood places along Frankfort Avenue. Wednesday we got fish and chips and shanagarry fish cakes from the Irish Rover. Last night we got a deep dish Wrigleyville pizza (fresh spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions) from Jake and Elwood's. Both meals were excellent.

Thanks for the testimony, Mike. The more we can manage to support local eateries with out business, the better. I'm afraid it's going to be a hard winter.

I'm a fan of Jake and Elwood's. I've had it a couple of times and it's been great every time.
