Couvillion is the latest casualty

One of my favorites is biting the dust, thanks to the pandemic. So long, Couvillion. You were one of the best.

Here's the Facebook announcement, if you'd like to wish them well.

Couvillion wrote:Thank you to all of our loyal and supportive customers, team members, and everyone in between who has supported us the last 3 years.
Our goal from the beginning was to offer the Louisville area the best Cajun food outside of Louisana.
We believe we were able to do just that and are eternally grateful for the opportunity.
Unfortunately, It’s with great sadness that we are announcing Couvillion’s last day of service for the time being will be this Saturday November 28th.
We have put up the fight of our lives to try and continue to operate safely and effectively during these trying times, unfortunately this is no longer a possibility.
Our goal is to look at possibly reopening in the future when the world is in a better place.
Be sure to stop by Friday or Saturday for a bowl of Gumbo, a Smash Burger, or any one of your other favorites, TOGO!
All the Love,
Team Couvillion

This makes me really sad. I love Couvillion.
