Impossible Burger

I do know that there places with their own in-house veggie burger. i.e., I love The Grind’s rendition. That aside, which one of the independents or small chains has the best execution of the Impossible Burger?

I am especially interested in the ones that use a brioche or pretzel bun.

I'm a big fan ... let me think, I've tried 'em at Morels, Burgerim, and, er, White Castle. I thought it was good and surprisingly realistic at all three places. Morels has limited hours for takeout only right now, but they do know their not-meat beef.
