Louisville Nachos Week

From a number of articles a month ago, Louisville Nachos Week is supposed to start today, but after searching I couldn't find any info. Does anyone know if it's real, or was this an idea that never went live?

The week of September 21 - 27, sixteen local restaurants will be offering a featured nacho entree for just $7 ... which is nearly half off or more than half off in all cases! This event is sponsored by Louisville Collision Center.

Do you have any idea why they capped the number of restaurants? Seems like they would allow any restaurant that wanted to participate instead of limiting it.
