Mac's Dough House In J-town To Become Gaslight Diner

While driving through Jeffersontown today, I spied a name change at what used to be Mac's Dough House in Gaslight Square. Same owners but they are switching to the diner concept (with all day breakfast!).

The Fern Creek/J-town area has needed an all day breakfast/comfort food place that isn't Cracker Barrel for quite some time.

I saw that article also, sounds like it could be very good. I wish some of the other "Breakfast" places around town such as Wild Eggs or First Watch would be open to the dinner hour. I wife and I enjoy breakfast for dinner and sometimes and other than Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel is really not that many places to get it.
