This Spanish restaurant/tapas bar opened last week at 10415 Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown. It's serving a limited menu for carryout right now. I believe this is the building that had a "Gin Tonic & Tapas" sign up last fall, which was mentioned in a thread on this forum. The website says the chef is a woman from Barcelona who moved to Louisville in 2018 with her American husband.
