Syrian Grill now open

They've been working on this place since last fall, but I didn't realize it had finally opened. It's at 3325 Bardstown Road in Buechel, near Heitzman's Bakery. I don't see a menu, but there are a bunch of food photos on Facebook (I'm not sure if those are daily specials, or always available).

That's one of the places I was tracking prior to the shutdowns. Glad to see them (and I Love Tacos in J-Town) were able to pop-up despite all this.

Looks like La Chandeleur (who I was going to interview the week the shutdowns were announced) is still working on opening.

Bumping this up to report that a halal grocery is going in next door to Syrian Grill.

We are regulars at the bubble tea place, ShareTea, which is practically next door. I think we're going to try the grill out next time we go to Costco.
