All right, in this pandemic, a lot of people want to eat from food trucks, and a lot of food truck/restaurant operators are struggling. I'd like to lend a small hand by updating and then publicizing our very old, very out-of-date HotBytes Food Truck Twitter List.

Following is the current inventory. I know some of those listed are closed, some have gone to bricks-and-mortar, and there's a ton of new ones. Can we whip this into a current, canonical list? Kindly look it over and post your suggestions, deletions, and additions in the replies.

No Tweets on @RedsComfoods since 2014, though, and Google shows them as permanently closed. Maybe the Food Truck Assn could offer members social media advice?

Heather (and all), I can't find Twitter accounts for quite a few of these. Do you know of any that I've missed? Some trucks obviously aren't on Twitter, and I'm willing to post separate Facebook and Instagram summaries, although I don't think either of those works as well as a Twitter List for following a bunch of places on one list.

If you have time and inclination to come up with Instagram and/or Facebook lists, I'll definitely publish them. Twitter lists are handy because you can see a live stream with one click. But any way we can direct hungry people to ready food trucks is good, right?

They are in the process of starting up a brick and mortar (moving into the old Bryant's now located on Ruckriegel Pkwy) , but their food truck is still operating in front. (not sure the definite hours, but I know they are open on a regular basis every weekend after 1 PM ish ). Their FB page has more information including menu and other contact hours.

Thanks, Kyle. I'm working to get the dilapidated Twitter Food Truck list back up to current, and as soon as that's out of the way, I'll construct Facebook and Instagram lists for trucks that don't tweet. Marking this to pick up then.

Red Top Hotdogs is back in the truck also! There has been a mini collection of trucks selling in Emerson Park every week or so (Schnitzelberg neighborhood), spread well apart and still just grab and go.
