they (The Rover) knocked it outta the park! Fish 'n chips, Guinness cake, Irish Elk and a pint - - all spot on! *Really* glad to see these guys back at it, again...

for SURE! a properly poured, 20oz. pint in a plastic cup - - same as they'd serve up there on Paddy's Day. Smooth, creamy and, gawd, hard to believe it's been a month since I've had one! This'd be the first time since the winter of '92 that I've gone more than a week without a pint!

I just got the good news that Chef Tuan is opening the Pho Cafe dining room on a limited basis in the heart of the Highlands, next to SuperChefs and Sapporo.
