502 Bar & Bistro

by Gayle DeM » Fri Mar 06, 2020 12:30 pm

There is a wonderful article on Ming Pu and 502 Bar & Bistro on today’s Voice-Tribune. I dined there last week and was totally ashamed of myself for not going there more frequently. We shareed the poached and roasted cauliflower andpappardelle (I forget which sauce). My dining companion had the pork chop and I had the rib eye melt with sidwinder fries. Totally delicious! The service was impeccable.

It's a good place, and Ming Pu is a good chef! Worth a trip to Norton Commons!

Oh, and how could I forget to mention the yucca tots. Think tater tots but made with fresh shredded yucca and a touch of hot pepper, - I'm thinking jalapeño. My new favorite appetizer nosh!
