Interesting. Nothing too surprising, I didn't think, but a nice little piece on how to make your dining experience as good as it can be.

Thanks for posting that GREAT read. I totally agree with the article and maybe it'll open a few eyes around the Ville. I worked in the restaurant biz for 24 years and can totally see where a teamwork effort can alleviate problems and elevate a dining experience to the upper echelon of gustatory excellence.
Great food along with great company is truly one of lifes best treasures.
