Has anyone tried this Puerto Rican restaurant? It’s at 8506 Preston Highway, several blocks south of Outer Loop. The Facebook posts go back more than a year, but I don’t think the restaurant has been in this building for more than a few months. Looks like it’s open only Friday-Saturday-Sunday.
