The Pine Room in Harrods Creek has named Joe Flesia its new executive chef. Flesia has been a sous chef at the restaurant since January and takes on this new role following the departure of Chef James Moran. Flesia previously worked in the kitchens of Harvest Restaurant, Barret Bar, and Covered Bridge Golf Club.
Moran has gone on to become executive chef and co-owner at SOU, expected to open this month in a former Skyline Chili location on Linn Station Road.
