Another New Restaurant - SOU

by Mark R. » Mon Oct 14, 2019 10:53 pm

Another new "upscale" restaurant Sou is coming to the Lynn Station Road area right next to Moya mentioned previously. It will be located in the former Skyline Chili Bldg.

I wonder how they are going to make that space feel "upscale."

Ha! I wondered the same thing about SOU and Moya too. On the other hand, remember that Varanese used to be a gas station. 8)

I'm told that it's pronounced "So-you" rather than "sow" or "soo." It's going to take some training to get people used to that.

I remember when the space was Fresher Cooker! My sister worked there for a while in High School. It was a cool concept that was ahead of its time!
