The next 2 restaurants from the olé restaurant group were announced this morning in business 1st. They are La Bodeguita de Mima and Señora Arepa and both will be located adjacent to the AC Hotel NULU on E. Market St.

I'm pretty sure the building is the old Neurath Funeral Home and the spot behind it that housed the first Ghyslain, and the address fits. Does that sound right?

Robin is probably right. The building served as the construction office for AC Nulu and has been vacant since construction was finished.
