Recs near the convention center, with a private room

Moved out of state last year, but am helping out a friend who will be visiting. Need suggestions for:

Somewhere near the convention center with a private room to hold 22 people, preferably under $50/person (not including alcohol). Wasn't sure if Marketplace had a private room, and open to other suggestions.

The Bristol for sure has the space depending on how far they are willing to walk.

Saffron's has a private room (in an old bank vault!) and should fit the price requirement.

Ditto on Saffron's - have used it and it works beautifully for a smallish crowd.
