Hunting for Local Distinction in Louisville

by JustinHammond » Mon Aug 26, 2019 2:39 pm

Stumbled across this F&W article from 2017 and found it quite interesting. It hits on some restaurants in Louisville not "buying local". Like always there are two sides to every story. Buy local or buy the best?

I had that discussion with Kathy Cary once, and her position was right in the middle. Buy local unless it's not the best.
