taylor cajun meat company in new albany ind

by Cynthia L » Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:25 pm

This meat shop also has tables & serves great plate lunches during the week.
We love the deboned chickens with choice of stuffing. The crawfish & jalapeño stuffed was amazing after baking. Other choices not so spicy !
The frozen chicken & sausage gumbo was like a trip to NOLA.
The seafood stuffed jalapeños baked up nicely. Alligator could be in freezer.
They have more good stuff fresh & frozen that we can't wait to try including stuffed brisket.
Located out Grantline road near RR crossing & I 65.

The meat market side is awesome and the food is fantastic. Just had the plate lunch and it was oozing with flavor. Ribeye wraps (ribeye stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese wrapped in bacon), cajun potato casserole, and green beans.

I am a huge boudin fan and went to Taylor's Saturday afternoon solely for that or so I believed. I brought home lots of the smoked boudin plus crawfish etouffee stuffed chicken, various stuffed porch chops, stuffed mushrooms and even a couple pounds of thick cut bacon.

I have already tried the boudin and it is delicious. The bacon is very good as well. Next will be the crawfish etouffee stuffed chicken.

They were so nice and the service was really good too. I will be shopping here regularly.
