Thanks, Willie! I'm more ready to go with Fox Business (or Sports) than Faux News or Faux Politics, so you'll get no back-talk from me. Interesting article. We hear similar talk here because of the growth of the restaurant industry outpacing the pool of trained servers and kitchen staff. You'd think NYC would have achieved maturity on both levels, but what do I know?
