I just finished polishing up the carbonation on the Espresso stout and had to have a small sample ....You will be very happy. Getting it fresh today and using the whole bag was definity the right call.

Sorry Caleb, it's a one-off we did for DCE and only 10 gallons. It will only be available at DCE. Get yourself to DCE during trolley-hop Friday.

I had a pint of Fat Tire up in Chicago last Thanksgiving that was nasty and totally skunked. I drank it anyhow as I was already drunk but it was one of my more masochistic moments.

The Gumball head I can't wait to try.

hey Todd
next time i have to hit a mega store in the clarksville area
i'll call you
and make a special delivery to your place

i'm thinking about something from belgium - t'smijse, de dolle
and whatever you happen to have floating around that you think i'd enjoy

-
senior Pierce
you'll have to bring a growler out to the pizza company of something nice
i manage to push a few of your beers onto the hoosiers from time to time, although i've always been a fan of the Mephistopheles metamorphosis, i'd gladly accept anything outside of your normal range of beers (i've had plenty of APA, darkstar, alt, & nutbrown, no offense - great beers every one)

matt and i are both ex patriots of the wholefoods monopolistic monstrosity, thus kindred entrepreneurial black sheep exiled to the realm of independents, and thus
beer for pizza or pizza for beer
(sorry i just don't drink coffee, but DCE does brew the best, and coffee for pizza just doesn't have the same ring to it)

shawn

hop to the trolley
with DCE and BBC

This is off topic, but Todd, just wanted to let you know that the Demon Hunter and Fantome Hiver were both fantastic. The Fantome took a little while to open up (probably a little too cold to start), but man, when it did, it was something else. Tart fruit, earthy and just a touch of pleasant sourness, with a nice spicy finish. Good stuff. Haven't gotten to the '05 Still Nacht yet, but I'll let you know when I have. Thanks for the recommendations.
