So I had the salmon for the first time at Jack Fry's last week and couldn't believe my mouth. I've never had sauteed spinach like that before. I forced my dining companions to try it for fear that I was overreacting, but they concurred. There must be a trade secret and I wonder if anyone is privy to it.
