BRASSERIE PROVENCE OFFERS TWO SPECIAL PRIX FIXE MENUS FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE:

* Three-course dinner from 5-6:30 p.m., $55 per person:
A delicious early dinner includes several appetizer choices such as butternut squash velouté, lobster ravioli, sea scallops and a winter salad; followed by an entrée selection of hanger steak, salmon or chicken; and a sweet dessert finish of crème brûlée, ebony chocolate macaron cake or wild berry mousse cake.

* Four-course dinner plus chocolate mignardise from 7:30-9:30 p.m., $85 per person:
Our second seating features a 4-course meal plus a chocolate mignardise. The appetizer course includes butternut squash velouté, lobster ravioli and sea scallops followed by a salad course. The entrée follows with a selection of baked king salmon served with saffron rice, frondosa farms oyster mushroom and leek fondue; beef tenderloin with roasted garlic thyme red bliss mashed potatoes, caulini and madeira sauce; or roasted french cut chicken breast with yukon potato & heirloom carrots julienne and black truffle cream sauce. The dessert selection mirrors the 3-course menu with a choice of ebony chocolate cake, wild berry mousse cake or crème brûlée. The dinner finishes with a delicious chocolate mignardise.

Silent Disco at Monnik (it is SO FUN!!) and champagne bottle service for those who want to get dancy and not fancy. I might whip up some kind of food thing.
