Looks good to me from this news release ...

Bourbons Bistro's New Fall Menu Is Here!
Chef Jereme has unveiled some delicious new menu items for you to enjoy!

For starters try our Knob Creek Maple Bacon Wings: fried chicken wings, homemade BBQ sauce, and chopped bacon or hot sauce, Bourbons bleu cheese dressing, for just $10

For entrees, try our Cacio e Pepe (Latin for Cheese and pepper) fresh Campanelle pasta, baby spinach, parmesan cheese, cracked pepper, grilled and blackened Heirloom cauliflower, white truffle oil, for $22

Our Scottish Salmon is sure to please! It's grilled and served with seafood risotto, rock shrimp, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and a lemon and honey poppy seed vinaigrette, $32

Or try a favorite with a new twist; our new Frenched Bone-In Pork Chop! A 10 oz. brined and pan-seared pork chop, covered with Kenny's cheddar cheese, garlic, and bourbon veal Demi-glace, served with Yukon mashed potatoes and haricot verts, $27

And for dessert, enjoy our Pumpkin Cake: brown sugar spice cake, pumpkin, bourbon caramel, brown sugar streusel for $8

Or you chocoholics can dive into our Mocha Cake,
dark chocolate cake, mocha cream, chocolate espresso beans for $8
