Butchertown Pizza

We stopped for the first time for lunch this afternoon and had the whole Hog 14 inch pizza, I would not say that it was the best that I have ever tried but it was miles above the former pizza place that the owner operated.

That's kind of a moving target, though, don't you think? At its best, I loved Papalino's, and to my taste buds, Butchertown Pizza's product is similar to Papalino's at its best. But Papalino's got to be highly variable - perhaps depending on whether the owner was in the building or left it to staffers without his skills or passion - and that showed, and it led to Papalino's demise, as best I can tell. By all accounts, variability hasn't been an issue at Butchertown, and that's a good thing.
