Just announced on Facebook by Mark, the owner. A local landmark closing always makes me sad, although I have to confess that I can't remember the last time I ate there. Given its location, I doubt the building will remain vacant for long.

I thought article regarding the some Business 1st a little while ago also. We didn't go as often as we would've liked to because of location but at least in my opinion is 1 of the better pizzas in town. Certainly sad to see them closing. I do agree however that the building won't be empty for long given the location.

Clifton's was my introduction to the Calzone. Always a warm & welcoming place and it'll be missed.

Best pizza in the city. This is devastating. Clifton's has been a staple of ours for the past 20 years. This is horrible.

Hate to see them go because the pizza and calzones are so good. But I haven't been there in years. I got tired of trying to find parking.
