A sure harbinger of early spring in Louisville: Mike Linnig's is open again!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

<b>Great News from Mike Linnig's!</b>

We are now open for our 84th season! We are proud to continue serving our famous fish sandwiches, homemade onion rings, slaw, hush puppies, fried chicken, froglegs and many other seafood items. Our delicious tartar and cocktail sauces are available in jars at your local Kroger's seafood department as well as ValuMarket, Melton's and most recently Paul's Fruit Markets.

Come out to visit soon. Ash Wednesday is early this year, February 6th!

Mike Linnig's is located at 9308 Cane Run Road Louisville, KY 40258 - (502) 937-9888 or (502) 937-1235. Open Tues- Thurs 11am to 9pm, Fri and Sat 11am to 10pm and Sun 12 to 9pm. Closed on Monday. We are open one hour later each night when school is out for the summer.

Opening this early? That does sound fishy. :D

I might try to get over there. It's been a while, as its a fair distance away and I've often thought it was overrated. However, I'm always willing to be proven wrong (as that's such a rare occurence).
