Had a wonderful chop at Lilly's last night - smoky, cooked perfectly with a just-past pink center. Terrific.

Hard to describe if you haven't had it, but DAMN is it good!

Perfect example of different opinions.... I thought the pork chop at Patty's Settlement was NASTY! Tasted like it was marinated in a chemical combination of liquid smoke and soy sauce to me.

One of my favorite pork chops is at Bourbon's Bistro... stuffed with chorizo. Yummy!

I will have to try Jack Fry's by the sounds of it!

I've had that one at Patty's many times. It's good.

I went to high school in the small sad town of Murray kentucky close to land between the lakes and I have to say that pattys pork chop is good but over rated. The fried chicken is much better.

I'll throw another contender into the ring. I had a great pork chop at Pig City Barbeque in Middletown last night. Nice and juicy with a nice smoky flavor and their sides are also very good. It's also probably one of the cheapest pork chops that's been mentioned in this thread.

L&N has the best pork chop by far! The apples & mission fig compote add even more to it's great flavor.

That is exactly what I thought when I read this thread. I love the chorizo stuffed chop at Bourbon's.

Varanese by far has the most incredible pork chop I have ever tasted. It is pan seared and boneless accompanied by a port wine sauce. Check it out!!!

The Pork Producers definitely have a great pork chop at the fair! Not only that but the pricing is good and the atmosphere is also fun. Asbestos suits aren't required unless you get to close to the grills!

I just want to say that I went back to Jack Frys the other night over the weekend and the pork chop was fantastic. Everything was delicious and the people that recommended the chop early in the post were totally right on point.

No flames here. Those chops are fine, and as close to the farm as you can get in the city.

For somethinga little off the beaten path, I'd recommend Rick's Ferrari Grill.

Had the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop there a few weeks back, and it was excellent. The place was hopping too on a Friday night, seems to be doing well....

Both the bar & dining room were packed.

We ate there last night and I ordered the pork chop after reading about it here. It was thick and juicy, and the herb crust was mighty tasty.

JF's is amazing. It was totally slammed on a Wednesday night. (Bonus points for an Edmunds-St. John offering on the wine list)
