"patio" dining?....w/reservations?

by Willie Myers » Thu May 10, 2018 11:21 am

hi again, all!
I need recommendations for patio dining at a place that will take reservations? - - for the patio, that is?
I've rung up a bunch of nice places with patios, but they won't take a res. for their patio area....
I really don't won't to show up with 12 people, then just take our chances that we might (or might not) get seated on the patio.
Anyway, if anyone has suggestions...?
TIA,
willie myers

I'm pretty sure Seviche does.

I have had some luck when entertaining for business. Most of the folks I spoke to were hesitant to reserve for a big party on their patio because they feared they could be stuck with low individual tickets or no booze.

I asked if they would consider a reservation if we guaranteed a certain amount of revenue for the table for the evening and ask them what that number would be that they would need to see. Turns out the number they were looking for was less than we had budgeted for the dinner.

Might be an option depending on what you are looking to do.
