Tea at Falafel House

by Laura SS » Sat Mar 03, 2018 7:32 pm

Paid our first visit to Falafel House on Bardstown Road today and enjoyed it mightily. Chicken kabobs were zesty, falafel deluxe wrap was precisely what I'd hoped for with perfectly crispy falafel and the added zing of baba ganoush, and the welcoming lentil soup was a cheery surprise on a chill day. The biggest surprise was the closing complimentary tea, though: sweet, floral, and unlike anything I've had before. I can't put my finger on its flavor, and it's driving me nuts! Anyone have any details to share?
