I know it's not earth-shattering news, but I spied a sign yesterday while at ValuMarket on the Outer Loop. Highview Ice Cream & Coffee is coming to a space in the same strip mall (I believe a pet store was there previously).
I live near the Fern Creek/Highview border, so I'm interested in seeing an independent coffee shop come to my neck of the woods. Thus far we haven't even been graced with a Starbucks (would prefer seeing Heine Brothers out here though).
