Space next to Salsarita's on Hubbards Lane

Does anyone know what is going into the old Dickie's BBQ that was next to Salsarita's on Hubbards Lane? They have been working there for a couple of weeks.

The Zone is moving into the space between the Salsarita and the old Dickey's, but I'm not sure if that includes the Dickey's space as well. (friends with the owner of The Zone)
